Menaissance Life is a small project operated by an individual. This page explains, plainly, what happens with your personal data if you choose to leave your email with us.
The data controller is Larry Fergeson, a natural person operating the website menaissancelife.com under the brand name "Menaissance Life." Menaissance Life is not a legal entity and is not affiliated with any company.

When you leave your email on the Founding Circle sign-up, we store:
We do not collect your name, location, IP address beyond what our hosting provider logs at the network level, or any profiling data. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies.
We use your email for one purpose: to write to you personally when the Founding Circle opens, and occasionally about closely related matters. We do not send newsletters, promotional campaigns, or third-party offers.
Your consent, as provided by ticking the consent box on the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website and form host, on servers located in the United States. Transfers of personal data from the EU to the United States are governed by the appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Netlify is the only third party with access to your submission; we do not sell, share, or transfer your data to anyone else.
Submissions may be forwarded by Netlify to an inbox we control (currently hosted on Proton Mail, in Switzerland). Proton Mail is end-to-end encrypted and subject to Swiss privacy law.
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it, or until twenty-four months of no contact from you — whichever comes first. After that, we delete the record.

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If you believe we have, please write to us and we will remove it.
If we change anything material, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For the people who have given us their email, we will also say so when we next write.
